The property is as listed and stated by Clarance, the owner. Clarance is very responsive to requests we had. The house is older and mostly well kept, but could use some repairs. There are some nice and convenient amenities. The beds are comfy and the is a working TV in each room. and the air conditioning and fans work well. Only one small bathroom for 3 rooms, but is manageable. The yard is large and clean for kids and dogs. Be advised the house is on a busy corner and traffic can be heard. Parking is only in the driveway, which can park three cars, but no parking on street in front and no sidewalk. Convenient to Pensecola downtown, Pensecola Beach and the airport. Overall a good stay.

Such a cute home in a great location but on a super busy road!! Wasn’t the cleanest like it should have been. But for one night it was ok
