This beautiful Venetian apartment has old beams and a wooden floor. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and a sofa bed, but it's perfect for 6.
The apartment is in a historical palace built in the XVII century, facing the canal. Gondolas pass through, showing one of the most characteristic areas habited by Venetians. It also faces S.Giacomo dell' Orio church, one of the most ancient Romanic churches.
The entrance brings you to a private courtyard and to an old stairway with bricks on walls.
The apartment can accommodate up to 8 people but is perfect for 6 people.
It has two double rooms with a king double bed and one room with twin beds for children.
The main room has a beautiful window with an arc looking at the courtyard. The second king-size bedroom looks on the canal.
A nice, well-equipped kitchen is located in the dining room.
You will also find a high-speed internet connection, TV, microwave oven, fridge, stove, coffee machine, kettle, and dishwasher.
The apartment has been sanitized following national and regional prescriptions for accommodations.

Host was very accommodating - Apartment was in a great and quiet location.

This was out third stay at this property. Apartment is exactly as advertised, check in was smooth and easy and most importantly, its in our favorite neighborhood in Venice.

Was a perfect location, quiet yet all amenities very close. Easy access to st Marc square, airport and train station. Host was extremely easy to work with

Location near the train station. An interesting walk to the apartment going through tiny alleys it certainly not too far with baggage on rollers. Up and down some stairs on bridges. The area had a grocery store, bars, great croissants around the corner and delicious gelato right beside the bakery. Access to the core of Venice was about 20 minutes walk. Easily done and an interesting walk.
