Villa Maria is a amazing modern and peaceful villa with a private and spacious swimming pool (which can be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week/part week.)
Please note, we do not accept reservations from youth groups 24 years old and under.
The villa has internet access (Wi-fi) and air-conditioning throughout.
There is a fully fitted kitchen equipped with electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine.
The living area has 2 comfortable sofas and dining table and chairs.
Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes.
There are 5 shower rooms (the villa does not have any baths) and 6 bedrooms.
On the ground floor there is one bedroom with a double bed and 3 bedrooms each with 2 single beds: Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds and private shower room. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and private shower room. Bedroom 3 has a double bed. Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds. (Bedroom 3 and 4 share a shower room.)
On the first floor there are 2 further bedrooms: Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds and private shower room and Bedroom 6 has 2 single beds and access to a shower room (not private within the bedroom).
Externally there are terraces and lawns around the private swimming pool and a charcoal BBQ.
There is ample parking for 3 cars and the villa is gated and completely walled.
Travel cots are 25 Euros per reservation and baby chairs 10 Euros per reservation.
Note: a couple of bedrooms are located in the first floor accessed via stairs.
The beautiful Maria Luisa Beach is just 15 minutes walk. Ideally located just 5 minutes walk to the fishing village of Olhos de Agua with many shops, fish market, supermarkets, restaurants and bars.
Olhos de Agua is situated between Vilamoura and Albufeira with the former about 15 mins by car and the latter just 7 to 8 mins away. The villa is a short drive from Faro Airport, not more than 35-40 mins.
Golf courses are plentiful with the nearby 9 hole Sheraton Pine Cliffs while Vilamoura boasts no less than half a dozen courses, and you have the 9 hole Balaia village golf course just 1500 meters from the house. The renowned Algarve Shopping complex in Guia is less than 15 mins by car.
All facilities of Villa Maria, including the swimming pool, are for the exclusive use of renters only.
Airport transfers can be arranged on request - additional charges apply.
The pool can be heated for an additional 200 Euros per week or part week.
There is a table tennis table for your enjoyment.
Note: it is not permitted to charge electric vehicles at this property.
This is a self-catering property. We do not provide any cleaning products except for a small starter pack, therefore it is your responsibility to purchase or bring these items. We will provide toilet rolls for each toilet but these are not replenished during your stay.

Villa is in a great location, peaceful surroundings but within a short easy walk of many bars, restaurants and supermarket.
It is spacious and very comfortably accomodated our party of 12, both inside and out...the outside space and pool are a great size with comfortable sunloungers and seated areas, with sun and shade for all.
Everything was spotlessly clean on our arrival and the option of a mid-week clean is an added bonus too if needed. The beds were very comfortable and both the bedding and towels were good quality too.
Have to mention the excellent service throughout, from initial booking enquiry and also during our stay - immediate response to any questions and a very thorough meet and greet on our arrival.
A special shout out to Manuel for that, and also for going above and beyond to help us with an item we'd left behind - honestly, thank you so much!
In summary, this is a fantastic villa and would happily recommend it for a quality stay and also the Villasduma team for fantastic service.

The location was perfect, walking distance to shops and restaurants
They changed towels every few days and a clean mid time
Found it very spacious even with 12 people
Can’t think of anything. We had 1 problem and it was sorted within 2 hours.

The accommodation is so spacious with ample facilities. A huge private pool, walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. Easy to get to and such helpful managers

Excellent modern villa and could not find any real fault. If I had to find something it was that it could have done with a bit more crockery. With a party of 10 the dishwasher was constantly on.Very large swimming pool which kept the kids very happy.Location was great. It was quiet but within easy walking distance of a wide selection of good restaurants. Various shops and a large supermarket were again within easy walking distance. The beach was only a few minutes further away.To sum up, would I stay there again? - definitely.
