It is an ideal choice for guests looking to disconnect from daily routine and enjoy privacy, calm, and outdoor living, while still being close to towns and beaches.

The villa is set in a peaceful rural environment and is conveniently located just a few minutes by car from the historic centre of Pollença and from Puerto de Pollença. This location allows guests to enjoy the tranquillity of the countryside with easy access to restaurants, shops, beaches, and water activities.

The property is ideal for families or groups of friends and features three bright and well-ventilated bedrooms, all offering enough space for luggage and personal belongings. All bedrooms are equipped with hot/cold air conditioning. In line with local energy-saving initiatives, air conditioning is available from 21:00 to 08:00 and from 14:00 to 16:00. Unlimited use is available for an additional supplement. Free wifi is available throughout the property.

The interior common areas are warm and functional. The rustic-style dining area connects the different spaces of the house and is perfect for relaxed breakfasts or evening meals. The house features a table tennis table to enjoy with family and friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the facilities needed to cook comfortably during your stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, gas oven, kettle, and complete kitchenware.

The outdoor area is one of the highlights of Chalet Bobis.
