Your Perfect 180º Beach View: The View from this 4th floor unit is breathtaking. Having the advantage of a corner unit, you can see all the way down to the inter-coastal waterway without any buildings blocking your view. This vacation rental is perfect for everyone in your group. If you love the beach, you are just steps away to sun, surf, swim, or walk on the beautiful beaches of Okaloosa Island. If you prefer to relax without all the sand, you can enjoy the beach atmosphere without leaving the balcony. This 4th floor unit is the perfect height for a gorgeous view and is low enough to hear the crashing waves that lull you into total relaxation! My favorite thing to do is to bring a good book and read, nap, sun, & relax on the balcony. I feel like I am on the beach, with all the conveniences of home just a step away. With Wi-Fi, I can even bring my laptop out with me. A convenience store & post office is less than a half a mile away and a sidewalk is provided on one side of the street for walkers and runners.
Okaloosa Island is the Gulf front beach community of Fort Walton Beach, FL. Located between Fort Walton Beach and Destin. Okaloosa Island is famous for long sugar white sand beaches and emerald green water and is considered the best overall beach experience in the Destin area. Okaloosa Island is only six miles from Destin, without the crowds and traffic, due to its height limit of 7 floors (NO HIGHRISES). Come take a stroll on the Okaloosa Island beaches, play in the surf, fish from the Okaloosa Island Pier or stroll on the boardwalk. Bring your snorkeling gear, boogie boards, surfboards and windsurfing gear. Water recreation equipment and beach service chairs and umbrella rentals are available on the island. This was our second time staying at Connie's condo. We came back because we hit the jackpot with this property. Everything was very clean, the view is incredible, the communication with Connie was great. We loved how family-friendly the beach is, and because the property is smaller than many in the area, the beach wasn't crowded at all. It was so easy to stroll down to the beach with a good book and sit in one of the provided beach chairs with umbrella. This might seem small, but I loved that there were sidewalks on the main road, because I liked to start my day with a walk. The beach is also super walkable. We were close enough to restaurants and shops that we could easily get to them, but removed from a lot of the congestion of the area. Thanks for another great week.

Connie’s Condo has the ideal Okaloosa Island beach location for a family vacation. The condo has 4th floor wraparound views of the beach and the sunset. Clean, comfortable and homey rooms make this a great place for everyone to relax. Plenty of parking and a nice sized pool round out what Emerald Towers West has to offer. Connie is a very thoughtful host who’s provided beach chairs, floaties, umbrellas, toys, and even flashlights to hunt ghost crabs at night. There’s a well equipped kitchen, including a Keurig coffee maker - just bring your pods! If the condo doesn’t have it, there’s plenty of beach stores not far away. Connie cares a lot about her guests having a great time. Her communication was fantastic, and she was always available to answer questions. Beach chair service was included for our stay, which we really appreciated. The building itself is clean, well maintained and observes nighttime quiet hours. We would definitely stay at Connie’s Condo again the next time we visit Fort Walton Beach.

Great location! Super short walk to the beach, we went while there was beach service which was great! (First week of June). Balcony beach view is gorgeous (the corner view is anwesome!) and we enjoyed coffee/ tea out there in the mornings, watching the waves roll in. The location is great in that you’re far enough from the main pier it’s not too busy/ crazy, but many good eats are a super short drive away. Definitely recommend Stewby’s & the Shack for local seafood. Stewbys was close enough we enjoyed it to go then on the balcony! Clean property, quiet condo while we were there, easy parking. Definitely recommend!
