Nestled deep in the Ahrntal valley, surrounded by forests, meadows, streams, and mountains, Silva Apartments welcomes you with two houses offering a cozy yet modern retreat. Our family-run accommodation in St. Johann invites you with warmth and genuine hospitality.

Enjoy spacious apartments designed to showcase the natural beauty outside your window. Local materials create a comfortable, inviting atmosphere, and thoughtful décor reflects our passion for hosting.

Unwind and recharge! Our holiday apartments in South Tyrol feature a sauna and whirlpool, providing the relaxation you seek and deserve. The small wellness area, sunny lawn with whirlpool, and barefoot path ensure your stay is truly rejuvenating.

Nearby, you'll find a selection of shops, a supermarket, bakery, and ski rental—all just a short walk (about 200 m) away. The Skiworld Ahrntal resorts are 4 km away and easily reached by ski bus. The bus stop is 50 m from the house, with public transport running every 15 minutes.

A washing machine is available for all guests to use. One dog per apartment is welcome, with a deposit required on arrival. For allergy reasons, cats are not allowed.

Parking at the house, bed linen, and towels are included.
