This two story home has 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and sleeps 12. There is a large garage area to hold all your beach toys plus there is a ping pong table, bicycles, and beach items. Downstairs has a covered party area with extra seating, large dining table, party lights, gas grill, and a fridge located in the garage. A new huge private outdoor shower with H/C water has been added on the ground floor.The main level deck has a patio cover is a great place to relax and watch the sunset. This corner lot home has dedicated beach access and is just steps from the beach! Quiet residential neighborhood!

Perfect house for our group of 10 people. The house is roomy with lots of seating in living room and for dining. Basketball goal, ping pong table and bikes were a hit with our young teenagers. Beach access almost directly across from the house. Beach isn’t too crowded since the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Would definitely book again!

This is a great house for a beach trip, with plenty of room to gather, a short walk to the beach, and really nice covered outdoor spaces for meals and hanging out both on the deck and below the house. It was also so helpful to have beach supplies on hand, an outdoor shower, and a ping pong table. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with.

Location is great for getting to the beach. Had to drive for everything else. Our host Jonathan was very quick in responding. We needed a plumber to come for a clogged shower drain and that was taken care of the next day. I have to say this house is really in need of some TLC. Furniture in the house is all mismatched. Some of the beach chairs were unusable. Others totally rusted. We had to fix the beach wagon ourselves to make it usable. Several of the bicycles were unusable with totally rusted chains. One of the bedrooms upstairs had a dehumidifier that would totally fill after about six hours. The window coverings were very dusty. The outside hose for the “ Sand Removal system” was rotted and full of holes so water sprayed everywhere when trying to use it. The dryer vent was not vented through the wall. It was just hanging out behind the dryer which made the area full of lint.
