We really enjoyed this place! All 5 of us slept comfortably and the view of the ocean was great and a short walk across the street and your at the beach.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook for our family of 6. The location was perfect!

We stayed here for our family vacation. The location was wonderful and of course Holden is great. This place definitely needs some updating and was not very clean. We had to wash the comforters because they were dirty. There was mold found in the bathroom, closet is one of the bedrooms, and the kitchen. The quality of the beds were nice and the kitchen was well stocked. The deadbolt in the master leading to the deck did not lock. It was the only lock for the door. We saw bugs/cockroaches…. It just needs to be sprayed. Overall, it is a fine place, just needs some TLC and end of the season deep cleaning. The owners communicated well.
