Clean, well-maintained home with all the amenities you could want when travel. It's conveniently located, about 15-20 minutes to everything you need to see and be in San Diego. Each bedroom has a window AC/Heater, 50" TV with Netflix , Prime Video, Disney+, and HBO Max, logged in for your use. AppleTV, hulu, sling, YoutubeTV are available with your personal account
The space
The house is part of 2 units duplex. It has 3 bedrooms with queen bed, 50 inch TV and window AC/Heater in each room. 2 full bathrooms, 2 large couches, and 1 queen air mattress that can accommodate up to 8 people.
It stocked with complement K-cups coffee (no refill), complement bottles water (no refill), dishes, glasses, silverware, wine glasses, coffee mugs etc. The kitchen has oil, sugar, soy sauce, salt and pepper, water kettle, rice cooker, toaster and cookware you should need for cooking a great home cooked meal.
It has a 50 AMP power outlet box for EV/RV charging (see the last 2 pictures from the photos) but you'll need to bring your own adapter to use with this outlet.

* Up to 5 beach towels and chairs
* Boogie board
* Beach wagon
* Cooler
* Portable crib (Pack 'n play) for infant up to 21 months, please let us know in advance and I will set it up in the master bedroom

The whole home is yours including back patio with BBQ, heater, and outdoor sofa that you can enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather. The patio is little tricky since it's located in the back and we live in the detached house that is 10 feet away from the patio but it's belong to the rental.
Other things to note
We live in detached 2 stories home in the back of the rental. We will always respect your privacy and leave you to enjoy your vacation in peace. However, if you need anything during your stay, this makes it very easy to address them promptly.

Absolutely awesome house. If you haven't been to San Diego before, do some research as to what the houses look like so you aren't shocked. The outside of the house looked a little sketchy but the inside was perfect. Huge living room. Really big bedrooms. Every room had it's own A/C unit and a huge TV. Fast internet. HUGE TV in the living room. Huge table in the dining room. Nice kitchen and FULLY stocked. Nice parking spot which is also a huge plus in San Diego. The sectional couch was amazing. Really nice, clean and super comfortable. The second couch was also nice. It was awesome to have so much seating. There were 4 grown adult men and we had plenty of space. We could have easily had two more people and not been crowded. 2 nice renovated bathrooms, also very well stocked with everything you could need. You cannot beat the price, very reasonable. The location was great because it was right next to the freeway. Close to several disc golf courses (the purpose of our trip.)

This house is in a rural neighborhood, with a convenient connecting street for quick trips to the harbor, or freeways, for shops and activities.We had four in our group and with the blow up mattress each had their own bed. This property was very clean, had all the amenities, and big enough not to feel crowded.Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you to the property managers for a very comfortable stay.

Yes and very close to all the things we wanted to do, extremely clean and extremely well maintained and extras that were nice like bottles of water
