Great location. Convenient to Smugglers Notch, food, gas and groceries. Fun property for kids to enjoy Brewster River in the backyard. Was a perfect stay for our family of 3. Property owner was great at communicating all detailings!

We enjoyed our stay. The kids had a really good time playing in the creek behind the property. The cottage is quite nice overall.
Fair warning: the mattresses are all foam, which I guess works for a lot of people - the kids were fine in the twin beds - but for me & my husband sharing the big bed, we prefer a much stiffer mattress, so that was a bit of a bummer for us.
