This lovely apartment consists of a living room with sofa bed and tv, kitchenette with gas stove, oven and fridge. On the outside there is a spacious covered patio with view, fully equipped, that guarantees privacy and tranquility. The sleeping area has a double bedroom and the bathroom is next to the room. The unit’s main feature, located in the residential complex Porto Mannu, is the proximity to the sea. It is actually at 150mt. from the beach of Vena Longa, just a short walk. Parking reserved in front of the unit.
