Having a rental property ourselves, I'll try to hit on the things our renters like to hear about. First off, the communication with Jesus was 10/10. Quite frankly, I'm not sure how she replies to fast. Secondly, we were coming for a wedding and needed to be in the home before the 5PM checkout time. Jesus made it happen for us. There is a Publix's nearby and an Winn Dixie (less than a mile). 20ish minutes (at 5:30AM) from TPA.There is a drive to beaches, but just know that ahead of time. Plenty of space and cooking tools. Also, some left over starter ingredients so you don't have to go buy everything. Would definitely come back.

This house was excellent in cleanliness. We had everything we needed for a wonderful week. Also the use of the netflix was great to settle in and watch a movie at the end of the day. The property was in located in a great place for our activities. The room as you enter the house is nice, but unused, possibly a shuffleboard or pool table would add a nice touch. We will keep you in mind if our travels are in that area of florida. Thank you, Ferrences and Edwards

Clean place, quiet neighborhood, close to everything we wanted to do, great communication from host!

The place was very clean and cozy... good area and 12 minutes to indian rock beach, when it came to communication with Jesus he always answered and was very helpful.
