A new and luxurious conversion of an 19th Century coach house set within the grounds of a classic Victorian vicarage. Impressive attention to detail, highest quality modern conveniences and stylish interior design all come together to create an exceedingly comfortable and chic rural hideaway. Two large en-suite super king-sized bedrooms are perfectly in balance with a well-equipped substantial kitchen and light drenched vaulted dining room and living space. Exposed brick work, premium wallpaper, new and old solid oak, original stable fixtures, flag-stone flooring and vibrant upholstery sympathetically blend crisp newness with timeless tradition.
Ground Floor
Entrance Hall - Leads straight to the kitchen, the Stable Bedroom and accesses the private enclosed sun terrace.
Kitchen - Extensive marble worktops include a large butlers sink, generous cupboard space, built-in tall fridge freezer, 5 ring electric hob and double cooker, dishwasher and microwave. There is a washing machine in the utility room.
Dining Area - Farmhouse wooden table with spacious seating for four.
Sitting Area - Open plan connected to dining area with double seater sofa and two upholstered chairs orientated around a 40" Smart TV next to a chest of drawers.
The Stable Bedroom - Super king-sized bed that can split into two singles, elegant bedside tables with reading lamps and large built-in wardrobe.
En-suite Shower Room - Large walk-in shower, lavatory and hand basin.
Shared Games Room - Accessed through the courtyard with table tennis and table football which is available when not in use by the owner.
First Floor
The Hayloft Bedroom -Super king-sized bed astride solid oak floor, bold bedside tables with reading lamps and extensive built-in wardrobes.
En-suite Bathroom - Freestanding designer bath, separate large walk-in shower, lavatory and hand basin.
Outside
Large enclosed sun terrace with raised flower bed running down one side and includes outside seating for four. Through locally make iron gates is access to a large field which guests can use beyond which are extensive footpaths and country walks.

This is a lovely quiet rural location from which countryside and the wider attractions of Suffolk are easily accessible. Property is nicely sized and equipped for 4 people. Local pub is a goldmine for proper beer and cider.

Had a relaxing 5 days at the coach house. Well equipped, beautifully renovated. Perfect location to explore the rest of Suffolk.

We were fortunate with the weather and had excellent days locally in Lavenham, Boxford, Long Melford and Sudbury itself. Further afield we visited Constable Country - Flatford and Dedham. We also had a very instructive day at Sutton Hoo.
Although we live in Somerset, we had never visited this area before so it was all a real pleasure. Our Australian friends, with whom we shared the rental, also hugely enjoyed it all.
The cottage was perfect for our needs. Just one small quibble - there seemed to have been a mix-up between cottages.com and our hosts (Alex and Alex) because they weren't expecting us when we arrived on the Monday. Alex (female) had to rush out an purchase our welcome pack! Otherwise no problem at all!
