Please be advised that Splash Resort is undergoing a scheduled reconstruction project from September 2026 through March 2027. During this time, there will be periods when beach access, the pool, and balconies may be closed or unavailable. Construction work is scheduled Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The balcony for this unit is scheduled to be closed off mid-January through mid-February.

Good time, the elevators are less than desirable. Also, no oversight for the hot tub, there were very young kids/infants in the hot tub. No one wants to sit in a urine infested hot tub. The hot tub needs to be restricted to 16 and up, kids were doing backflips of the side of the hot tub into the pool. The was a great disappointment to me all of the pools areas for kids let the adults enjoy the hot tub.

Beach view from living room and master bedroom was amazing. Beds were super comfy. Reasonable distance to shopping. Beach and pool access were easy.

Great property, friendly staff. Great views. Directly on the beach. Loved the covered parking. Would definitely book again and recommend.
