This private carriage house sits in the Historic District behind a 1910 Grand Victorian which is listed on the National Historic Registry. The carriage house has been newly renovated and is situated atop the garage. Features a modern full kitchen, king bed, living area with pull out sofa for extra sleeping if needed, and full bathroom.

Such a charming and clean place to stay! The pictures and descriptions were right on point. The host was very responsive and made our stay enjoyable. A very quiet, beautiful area. A quick drive to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The mini muffins were a thoughtful and welcoming treat which we enjoyed at the end of each evening. A lovely stay!

This rental has everything! The owners' attention to detail is amazing! Thanks for thinking of the small things like a facial mask (it is a vacation, right) and Q-tips, contact solution, etc. The carriage house had pots, pans, dishes, bath robes, games and a smart tv. Grounds are beautiful, safe and an assigned parking spot so you don't have to park on street. Walkable neighborhood..very close to shops and restaurants.

The carriage house is beautiful and cozy. The koi pond and outdoor space was so pretty and relaxing. The property owners are excellent hosts and friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay at this carriage house again!
