Gulf access waterfront Villa Eli with 4BR/2BA sleeps 10+, with circular driveway parking for 6+ cars, boat dock & heated swimming pool, about 10 houses from the Caloosahatchee River and within walking distance (7 houses to) the Cape Coral Yacht Club, beach, fishing pier, waterfront restaurant & boat ramp, tropical fruit trees, lounge chairs & BBQ grill, bikes and pool toys. 2 king beds, 1 queen bed & 2 full beds with sofas. Nice property. Comfortable beds. A bit dated but overall very comfortable and it is apparent that there have been some updates recently It was an enjoyable experience for my family!

The house was a wonderful home away from home with a beautiful canal view, private swimming pool and lots of space.
