LIVING ROOMOn the first floor is a spacious and comfortable living room with a charming fireplace, a three-seater, and a two-seater sofa, a dining area, and a kitchen. There's a cozy fireplace and a 43-inch smart satellite television. Close to the entrance are a guest toilet and a storage room.
KITCHEN & DINING AREAThe kitchen is fully equipped, and there's a dining area that accommodates six persons. It includes a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, espresso filter, and Nespresso coffee machines, a microwave, and a hand mixer. Close to the kitchen, there is a second storage room.
BEDROOMSOn the first floor are three bedrooms, of which one bedroom has an attached bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds (160×200 cm). SWIMMING POOLThe outdoor area has been designed for your comfort with a beautifully refreshing and private 21 m² (7×3 m) swimming pool, an outdoor shower with cold/warm water, and a deck area with six sun loungers. Two parasols and natural shade provide protection from the sun. The pool water can be heated*, and it operates on saltwater.
