Ideally located in the La Parée district, just 150m from the seafront, this pleasant 110m² house comprises: an entrance hall with a closet, a spacious living room with a lounge area (table, chairs, and sideboard), a relaxation area (sofa, two armchairs, TV), and a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven), and a separate WC.

On the ground floor, a master bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) + closet and en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel warmer). This bedroom opens onto the terrace.
Upstairs, a landing leads to three bedrooms, a separate WC, and a shower room (walk-in shower, vanity unit, towel warmer).
Bedroom #2: a double bed (160 x 200 cm) + closet. You will enjoy a beautiful sea view from this bedroom. Bedroom 3: a double bed (160 x 200 cm) + wardrobe.
