The balcony serves as an extension of the living area, providing the perfect place to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, gather for family meals, or unwind while taking in Florida's spectacular sunsets.
Indian Shores is known for its laid-back atmosphere and uncrowded beaches. With limited public beach access nearby, this stretch of shoreline often feels quieter and less crowded than many neighboring beach communities, making it the perfect place to relax, unwind, and enjoy the natural beauty of Florida's Gulf Coast.
The condo has been freshly furnished and thoughtfully equipped to make your stay comfortable and stress-free. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals at home, whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast before the beach or a family dinner after a day in the sun. Guests may dine indoors or outside on the balcony overlooking the Gulf.

• Bedroom 3: Two Queen beds
• Two Pack 'n Plays with mattresses and a high chair are available for families traveling with little ones.
Adjacent to the primary bedroom is a dedicated workspace, perfect for guests who need to work remotely during their stay.

We provide a fully stocked beach closet to help you make the most of your vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, blankets, toys, and other beach essentials.

Important Information
• Maximum occupancy is limited to 8 guests in accordance with condominium regulations.
• Parking is limited to 2 vehicles.
• Wristbands and parking passes are provided for your stay and must be returned at departure. Replacement fees of $20 per wristband and $100 per parking pass will apply for any items not returned.
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must remain at the property for the duration of the stay. Third-party bookings are not permitted.
• Early check-ins and late check-outs are available only with prior host approval. Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures will be charged $100 per hour, or any portion thereof.
• Please follow all check-out instructions provided prior to departure. Failure to complete required check-out tasks may result in a $100 fee and additional cleaning charges of up to double the standard cleaning fee when extra cleaning or corrective action is necessary.
• The fishing pier is no longer available.
• Building amenities and common areas have been refreshed following the 2024 storms.
• Roof replacement work is currently scheduled for December 2026 through January 2027. We will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
• Exterior photos may not fully reflect the current appearance of all buildings and common areas as improvements continue throughout the property.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was spacious, very clean, and fully stocked with just about everything you could need. We especially loved spending time on the balcony.The host was responsive and quick to answer any questions, which made the stay even more enjoyable.The only thing I would change would be the 4:00 PM check-in and 10:00 AM check-out times, but those were clearly communicated before booking, so there were no surprises. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

Our host was very responsive. When we contacted her she responded very quickly and resolved our issues swiftly. She went above and beyond in every instance.The condo was great for children. Besides having sand toys, boogie boards and noodles, etc. for the beach, there was a cart to take everything to the beach. The condo also had a high chair and pack&play which was great for our little one.The condo was spacious & clean with a large balcony which had a beach view but was not breach front. The laundry washer & dryer were large capacity and new.We would recommend this condo as a great place to stay on your vacation in Indian Shores, FLA.

We loved our stay at the condo. When we arrived to condo was exactly as advertised. It was really nice to have all the linens and towels with washer and dryer in the unit. I lived the attention to detail on the kitchen and bathrooms, they did a great job picking the materials. I lived that we had a view of the beach and at night it was quiet. The balcony is huge and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing at night. It is really close to the beach and the pool is large. Would highly recommend. 5 stars

Overall, we had a really great stay! The biggest highlights for us were the amazing beach access and the nice pool area — you truly can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The condo itself was also nicely decorated and felt updated and welcoming.A few things could be improved for future guests. The beds were much firmer than we expected and not especially comfortable for our group, so we ended up purchasing foam mattress toppers for the adults during our stay. We also weren’t able to find any extra sheet sets, and having at least one backup set available would have been helpful.The kitchen worked fine for basic needs, but some of the equipment seemed pretty worn (older baking sheets, knives needing replacement, etc.), so guests planning to cook frequently may find it a little limiting. We’d also recommend bringing extra paper towels, trash bags, and zip-top bags, since only a minimal supply was provided.Lastly, several lightbulbs were burned out in the main living areas, which made the condo feel a bit dim at night.Even with those minor issues, we enjoyed our stay overall and especially appreciated the location and beach access!
