**MONTHLY STAYS WELCOME** This oversized PET-FRIENDLY studio on the ground floor/basment unit offers a clean, comfy space, a spa bathroom, kitchen, smart TV & ample closet space. It also comes with a HUGE backyard equipped with a hammock, bonfire & dining/lounging areas. Client services are available too (see your Welcome Book once booked). Free private parking spot, easy check-in, 30 mins to NYC; 7 mins to trendy hot spots. Early/late check-in/out: $70 each. Pet fee: $100/pet.
Guests enjoy a private entrance located at the rear of the home. Once parked on the quiet dead-end street, simply walk through the serene backyard to access the door.
Unwind in your own private outdoor oasis and enjoy effortless self check-in. A digital Welcome Book is provided, offering everything you need to settle in—including Wi-Fi info, local dining and attractions, neighborhood insights, and personalized guest services.

There is a designated workspace in the foyer.

In addition to a cool retro fridge, air fryer, microwave, there is also a Keurig coffee maker, a teapot, a small blender, and a toaster. The cabinets are full of utensils, mugs, glasses, pots & pans.

Comfortable space under the main house, very quiet and cozy. The shower was AMAZING. It was a bit too cold to enjoy the outdoor picnic area and stuff but everything was very welcoming and a much better option than other locations in the area.

Comfortable efficiency with plenty of extra space for luggage and bags. Easy with our dog (pet fee is 100. The piete tiere was just right for our needs with working kitchen, inside and outside sitting areas, and comfortable bed. Good spot to stay!

There were pros and cons. Pros: location, easy drive from Newark Airport, good restaurantnearby, and for us great for visiting family; comfortable bed; air fryer for baking, roasting, frying, toasting, etc.; deer in backyard daily (but watch where you step). CONS: little counter space, not even rack to dry dishes, so meal prep was a challenge; signs stating what not to do with fines listed created a negative atmosphere; for us staying in a basement apartment was dreary; when a neighbor started a fire that spread to the woods in back of the house, we realized that we could be trapped with only one unlocked door to escape, so we left a day early. We won’t be going back.
