This amazing property provides everything needed for you to relax in the comfort and style you expect on your idyllic Branson vacation.
Wake up each day to peaceful views of Table Rock Lake, taking your morning coffee or tea outdoors on the spacious, covered patio. Immerse yourself in the sights and sounds of nature from the Adirondak café style seating. A high-top table for 4 also offers an al fresco dining option, perfect for any meal.
The lovely indoors of this home feature dark wood flooring and furnishings paired with bright and airy spaces. The openness of the floor plan allows for organic flow of space and conversation. No matter where you are, however, the views of the lake remain the focal point, keeping you rooted in the majesty of the Ozarks. A comfy sofa with ottoman is accompanied by an electric fireplace and large smart TV to provide an inviting space for a movie night. Steps away you will find a generous dining room table with enough seating for 8 whether used for mealtime or for heating up come competition via one of the many provided board games.
The substantial kitchen with shiny countertops, ample cabinet space, and all major appliances is a welcome sight for larger groups, offering enough room for multiple people to prepare a meal simultaneously. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.
Bedroom #1 includes 1 king size bed and 2 twin size beds in bunk format, with TV.
Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed and TV.
Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and separate walk-in shower and jetted tub. The room also provides direct access onto the patio.
The home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
- This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 25 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.. To avoid fines please make sure your pet is on a leash and you pick up after your pet.
- THIS FEE IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE YOU PAID and must be paid separately. Please notify us in advance so we can prepare accordingly.
- This is a walkdown unit with 8 steps down to front door.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Parking available for up to 2 vehicles – 1 assigned space and 1 unassigned.
-The communal outdoor pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Spacious 3 bedroom place with cute decor and everything you need for a nice stay. The only complaints I have are as follows: the beds need updating, super firm and one bunk bed needs replacing as it's an old spring mattress. Also, the hall bathroom door doesn't latch and needs fixing so people can close and lock it for privacy, lastly the screen door on the back porch is needing to be fixed, it barely slides.Other than those minor things, the place is great, the pool is dated but still meets expectations and the lake is right there down the hill. There's a pub next door for convenient snacks too! The host company is quick to reply if needed.

This condo has one of the best lake view/access that we’ve stayed at - simply beautiful. The well stocked condo was very clean. Being right next door to the bar/grill allowed for awesome live music at night on our deck (but not rowdy enough to keep kiddos awake inside). Communication with our host was too notch - easily accessible if needed. Only somewhat negative thing we encountered was with the exception of the massage chair (awesome surprise), the beds and couch seemed to be well loved and really broken in - they could all probably stand to be replaced and maybe a couple additional lounge chairs for seating could be added. Even given that, we would recommend staying here and look forward to returning here again in the future.
