Nice location (right on the ocean). Employees were all very friendly, and helpful. The dog walk area was a little out of the way. The coffee in the condo was very weak. The television in the living room was very nice. We asked for maintenance to lubricate the sliding door to the patio, and they responded very quickly.

This is our second time at Beachers Lodge. We enjoy it and were very thankful they allowed our fur baby to come along with us. Our housekeeping lady was so nice.

Reviewer Comments:
About a 25min drive to downtown St Aug. Decent in the water location. Property dated overall, but unit in good shape. All staff encountered were excellent. Guy behind the desk, young housekeeping girl, maintenance guy all super friendly and fantastic. Downsides, floor was sandy when we got into the room, we had to sweep. Dogs cant use grassy area right outside back door, major con, ac fan kept going on and off all night even with correct setting.
