Recently refurbished, it offers a living-dining room with direct access to a private terrace with table, chairs and awning, where you can enjoy sea views and gardens whilst relaxing or dining al fresco. The double bedroom also opens onto the terrace, guaranteeing a perfect connection with the natural surroundings. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob for preparing your favourite meals, and the complete bathroom has a shower for total relaxation. Additionally, it features air conditioning and free WiFi for your comfort.
The residential complex stands out for its four communal swimming pools (available depending on season) and extensive gardens with pathways and shaded areas, ideal for sunbathing or disconnecting surrounded by nature. The location is unbeatable, just a 10-minute walk from the beach and 2 minutes from the famous Parque de la Paloma, with shops, restaurants and bars within reach, plus a rich cultural offering to explore.
As we do in all other properties of our CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES brand, all our accommodation includes towels and bed linen. We have cots and high chairs upon request for babies aged 0 to 2 years. And all of this, absolutely FREE.
Likewise, guests of CUBO'S HOLIDAY HOMES can enjoy EARLY CHECK-IN and LATE CHECK-OUT upon request, provided the booking calendar and scheduled cleanings permit.

Small apartment but with everything you need for an excellent stay. The apartment is located in an area with restaurants, supermarkets and other shops nearby. Despite being in a central area, the place is very quiet, which we really liked. Excellent balcony with sea view.
It's about a 10-minute walk from the beach, you don't need to take the car and there's public transport that passes on the street.
The apartment has everything you need for a good vacation, we liked the detail of the sun umbrella for the beach. The kitchen is super well equipped.
A place to return to again.
Three small things that could be improved.
- I didn't like the torn sheets.
- There were only 3 small rolls of toilet paper for a 10-night stay for two people, which is insufficient.
- Also check the ceiling during cleaning.

The apartment was fantastic and communal areas always clean & tidy. Area around apartments had plenty of restaurants and supermarkets so ideal for self-catering needs. Metro was only a 10 minute walk away so easy access to everything including airport. Air conditioning is in living room only but fan provided for bedroom. Best to in living room in hot summer months. The washing machine was good addition too. Only issue was that the pool was empty and the neighbouring apartments (Hercules) pool was overcrowded anyway. Andrea was lovely and even turned up a bit earlier for us so we could pick up keys. Thank you.
Make people aware that there is no pool facilties.

The apartment is clean and beautiful. You have everything there what you need. Even the location is amazing. You are in 10 minutes at the seaeven in the centro where the train station is. Supermarkets and bars are near. The balcony was my favorite place. The view is beautiful.
