After long days of exploring this jam-packed area, come home to a refreshing swim in the community outdoor swimming pool. The adults in your group will enjoy planning an afternoon wine tasting at the Lindwedel Winery, less than 5 minutes away. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a full-over-full bunk bed and a smart TV.

The home also includes 2 full guest bathrooms, both with single vanities and shower/tub combos.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.
