Located in the center of the village of Lecques. In a fenced and closed condominium of 3 apartments. The apartment includes 1 living room of 55m2 with 2 sofas .. a fully equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms. 2 bathrooms with shower. 3 dressing rooms. 1wc.

private parking for 1 vehicle in the condominium with a 500m2 garden with a private gate to directly access the sea in front.
You would do everything on foot once the vehicle is parked. The large beach of Lecques at 20 meters. The pink promenade the shops the children's park the bowling alley the sailing school is located less than 30 meters.
the highway is 2 km away so you can go to the paul ricard circuit.
Mc donalds is located at 400metres the super market casino at 600metres

The terrasse provides an excellent view of the sea. Walking distance to nice restaurants by the beach.
