This is a good location if you don't want to be at a high elevation in the snow, but close enough to drive to Bear Valley for snow play. We stayed with kids (ages 7-13) and the property was well-suited for them to have plenty of space. The only issue was that the provided door code did not work at check-in and we had to call to get a new passcode. It was quickly addressed.

It was great for 2 families - close to fun activities & big enough for everyone to spread out & relax while we were “at home.”

My family and I stayed in this place for my mom’s 94th birthday. We enjoyed it very much and had a great time. Thank you for hosting us!
