🛏️ Bedrooms: Our suite comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen bed with ocean views, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed perfect for friends or family. Both rooms are equipped with premium linens.
🍳 Kitchen: Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you’re preparing a gourmet meal or a simple breakfast, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

What a lovely place! Everything was perfect, the kitchen is stocked with all the items needed. The wine and chips were a pleasant surprise as well as coffee pods for the Keurig. The beds are very comfortable, and nice cozy blankets for relaxing on the sofa. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely Oasis with us. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

This oceanside basement suite is a great accommodation for your Vancouver Island adventures.The suite is conveniently located near the city without feeling rushed or busy, thanks to its proximity to Esquimalt Lagoon and the beach (a VERY short walk!).The location, beautiful greenspace, and nautical-themed decor were all highlights. We really appreciated the cooler for our outings, and the soft and cosy throw blankets when relaxing at the suite. Jayne is a thoughtful and kind host, who we were very grateful to stay with.For taller visitors, please note that the interior doorways are a little low. The street-side bedroom is also slightly sloped, meaning that you’re fighting gravity to prevent smushing against the headboard/wall during the night. Despite this, I would highly recommend this accommodation. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location away from downtown - peaceful and serene and the property beautiful! Host was extremely hospitable and very responsive. The layout of the apartment was perfect and very comfortable - felt like home. Close to walking trails, the lagoon, and wildlife. We would 10/10 stay here again. Loved it!

Beautiful location over looking the lagoon & ocean with amazing sunrise.We were fascinated with the several ships passing by.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed The waterfront was within walking distance and there were several shops a short drive away.We would definitely recommend this property to others.
