Of course, the area is predestined for hiking - even holidays with a dog - and for cycling, mountain biking or motorcycling. Also in the holiday village Eichwald itself, the house 27 is conveniently located in the outskirts in direct south exposure.

The nearest cities are Annweiler, Bad Bergzabern and Landau i. d. Palatinate. There you will find more attractive leisure activities. The holiday village is located in the biosphere reserve Palatinate Forest.

You can use the house with its sunny terrace (south side) but also just for rest and relaxation and wellness. A garden house with bio-sauna (heat cabin) for 2 persons is available

Within walking distance in approx. 10 minutes (850 m), to reach over forest roads and forest roads is the "Silzer Lake", a lake in the nearby Klingbachtal. A tree nature trail leads around it, the broad grassy banks of the north and south are used as lawns. You reach the lake from the holiday village Eichwald from the back without having to cross public roads.
