A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
Hiking: The Black Forest is one of Germany’s most popular tourist destinations, one of the most beautiful, versatile, and romantic low-mountain regions with countless opportunities for hiking and swimming. The hiking and walking trails can be combined into tours of any length—including bike tours. The Black Forest Association, which has been in existence for over a hundred years, maintains more than 20,000 kilometers of open-country and forest trails (half the circumference of the Earth) and provides proper signage. Countless inns and mountain huts invite you to stop and eat. Or you can follow the cheese trail and stop at the farms. And if you just want to relax, read, and go swimming in the summer, at Schluchsee everyone will find a sunny spot under the blue sky when the weather is nice. In winter, you can go cross-country skiing through the snow-covered pine forests. There are trails and paths for all distances, elevations, and difficulty levels.
Culinary: The Black Forest offers a wealth of culinary delights that are known and loved far beyond the country’s borders. The Badische Staatsbrauerei Rothaus is located nearby (a 10-minute drive). The fine Baden wines from the lower regions are world-renowned. Trout or traditional dishes made with local game, mushrooms, and vegetables—and much more—are served. A blackberry pie for dessert. And then some spinach with gooseberries? Starting point for excursions in the region: 50 km to Freiburg, 60 km to Switzerland, 80 km to Alsace.
Culture and museums: Art, culture, customs, and folklore, concerts, art exhibitions, and many festivals—both large and small—celebrated in the Black Forest are part of everyday life. A special experience for art lovers is the collection of oil paintings, prints, handicrafts, and personal documents by Hans Thoma, perhaps Baden’s most famous painter. The Hans Thomas Art Museum in Bernau offers a glimpse into Hans Thomas’s extensive and diverse body of work. A visit to the local Resenhof Museum in Bernau is also well worth it. Founded in 1977 as a museum, it vividly conveys the living and working environment in the high valleys of the Black Forest as it existed at the beginning of the last century.
