Located in classic Modernist Eixample building close to Plaza Catalunya, Las Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, near to several metro, train and bus lines, and many shops and restaurants and municipal market Sant Antoni.
Nice neighborhood of Eixample, very near of the best known avenues and squares. You are at a few minutes from Paseo de Gracia, or from Plaça de Espanya; the Feria de Barcelona, which you can visit many exhibitions and fairs.
Comfortable and functional flat. A very cozy place completely furnished, placed in the heart of Barcelona. Ideal for couples (or families with children) that want to know Barcelona, at 10 minutes form the beach, and at 5 minutes from the Paseo de Gracia, and de Fairground (Plaza España)

-Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed 160 x 200 cm. or 2 singles beds (on request). With bathroom in suite.
-Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed 160 x 200 cm. or 2 singles beds (on request).
-Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds or 1 Queen bed 160 x 200 cm ( on request).
-Linens Provided
BATHROOMS:
-Full bathroom with shower, sink and WC.
-Full bathroom with shower, sink and WC. Laundry: equipped with Washing Machine, Clothes Dryer and Iron & Board. Supplies provided, such as laundry soap , detergent, fabric softener and water softener.
-Towels and toiletries provided. Hair Dryer.
KITCHEN:
-Separate modern kitchen, fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop/hob, oven, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishes & utensils.
-Pantry Items: We provide some staple items, such as condiments, olive oil, vinegar, etc.
GARAGE (NOT included):
- 2 Private parkings spaces 50m from the building. None of the former, historical and modernist houses (Eixample neighborhood of Barcelona) have no parking in the same building.
TOURISTIC TAX: Please note that the tourist tax must be paid during the online check-in process before arrival.

Greeted at the arrival by the host representative. Delightful women. She explained everything. The unit is near many Barcelona sites. We ate at the neighborhood restaurants.

Great location! Host is very friendly! The house equipped with everything you need except shampoo and conditioner but luckily we brought them so it’s not an issue at all! Will definitely come back
