Great communication with host, checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Very safe and quiet area. Exceptional amenities and one of the few pet friendly rentals. Older camper but good condition. Had the dock night and day to ourselves.

The AC was very efficient and the space heaters really helped with a day or two of cooler weather. It was so convenient to have laundry on site and working well.

It was an older 5th wheel trailer that was lacking in upkeep. The quality of the trailer has expired, it really should be replaced with a new one. The value for the money paid is poor. Had many issues with the quality of the internet. There were problems with many little bugs in the kitchen and mouse droppings found in drawers. We were disappointed.
