• No Parties or Events – Parties, receptions, gatherings, and events are not permitted
• Quiet Hours – 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Occupancy – Only registered guests listed on the reservation may occupy the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• Minimum Age Requirement – Reservations are accepted only from guests 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• Parking – Maximum of 2 vehicles permitted on the property.
• Pet Policy – Dogs welcome. Maximum of 2 dogs. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus applicable taxes.
• No Smoking – Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the townhome.
• Check-In – 4:00 PM
• Check-Out – 10:00 AM
• Rental Agreement Required – A signed Florida Dreams Realty Rental Agreement is required for all reservations.
• Cancellation Policy
• More than 90 days prior to arrival: Refund of deposits paid less a $250 cancellation fee.
• Less than 90 days prior to arrival: All deposits received are forfeited.
• Less than 60 days prior to arrival: All monies paid toward the reservation are forfeited.
• All cancellations must be submitted and confirmed in writing.

Loved this place! Perfect for our family. The few concerns we had were addressed promptly and we were happy with our stay! Great location and easy walk to access the beach and nice pool! Pickle ball and tennis courts close by.

After renting on AMI for 3 consecutive years, we found a winner in Sunrise Serenity. The location is quiet, yet within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and shopping. We especially enjoyed meals on the lanai and the fire pit in the evenings.

The location and convenience of the property was great. But there were a lot of things that need to be addressed in the unit.
The living area was comfortable and nicely furnished. Using the TV was frustrating. The information provided did not help in operating the TV.
The kitchen needs some attention. The inside of the dishwasher needs a good cleaning as does the floor around the refrigerator.
The kitchen could be better supplied. The ad for the unit stated it was fully stocked but there wasn’t even any salt and pepper.
The upstairs bedrooms were nice in size but the bedding and window treatments need to be updated. The carpet had stains and needs to be stretched. The areas under the beds need to be vacuumed. The walls were chipped and the area around the MB sliding door definitely needs repair. The windows were difficult to open/close due to their quality.
The bathrooms were nice and the quantity of towels provided was generous for two people.
Lastly, the main deck and furniture off the living area needs a thorough cleaning.
