A proposito di questa appartamento struttura in affitto
This bright upper-level 3-bedroom is designed for couples and families who want real separation — not sofa-bed layouts squeezed into tight city spaces.
Three enclosed bedrooms (King + 2 Queens) mean everyone gets an actual bed and a door. No awkward walkthroughs. No shared sleeping areas.
The layout works beautifully for:
• Two couples
• Parents with kids
• Small group city trips
• Longer stays needing space and light
Natural light fills the living space, creating an airy, comfortable feel that’s rare in Chicago flats.
One full bathroom is centrally located and efficiently designed for smooth mornings.
Outside, guests enjoy shared access to the backyard with fire pit, seating, and Weber grill — a rare bonus in this part of Logan Square.
Located on a quiet residential block between Logan Square and Avondale:
Walk to dining, breweries, coffee shops, parks, and the CTA Blue Line for direct downtown and airport access.
Professionally managed. Hotel-level preparation. Straightforward, smooth stays.

Great historic apartment in a nice neighborhood. Communication from hosts was above-and-beyond; if I could give them 6 stars, I would.I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great, sunny place in a great neighborhood! Everything was clean and comfortable and the host was very responsive. Pictures really are an accurate depiction of the place and we’ll definitely stay here next time we’re in Chicago!

This was a perfect place for our family of 4. Great neighborhood, very safe. The house was very clean and spacious. The host was extremely attentive and responded to questions very quickly. We will definitely be booking here again. Small issues were the parking on the street (had to park about 10 houses down at times) and it is on the 2nd level, so more difficult to tranport luggage.
