Or maybe you're one who prefers to take many shorter trips over the course of the year - a Weekend Warrior, if you will? If so, the Assateague Inn was made for you. Whether you'd like to visit for 3 nights or 11, we're here to make your time in Paradise as memorable as possible.

The unit is in need of some basic upgrades. Lights in the kitchen and the bedroom are not good. No shades and ceiling fixture mounted on the wall. No dishwasher.

It was all we needed. No frills, but in a great location and the pool was wonderful.

I’ve been staying on the island for almost 20 years at various hotels and private rentals 1-2 times a year. I consider myself a tenured vacationer to the island. This was a huge disappointment. I usually rent a private small home for as much as it cost for this rental. Most small homes don’t include amenities such as linens and a pool. The deciding factor for this trip was a pool since it was a shorter stay, so I chose Assateague Inn. After the refund period was over they decided to let me know that the pool wasn’t ready. When we arrived it looked like the pool was new construction and not nearly close to being done. They advertised on vrbo that linens were provided, but they expect you to use the same towels for the entire stay unless you go out of your way to ask for clean replacements. Buyer beware. I will definitely spend my money elsewhere next time.
