A proposito di questa villa struttura in affitto
From the moment you step inside this custom built 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa you will be impressed! No detail was spared in building this thoughtfully built home. The best feature has to be the floor to vaulted ceiling glass walls which give you a non-obscured, serene beach and ocean view that will leave you feeling purely relaxed.
The beach is at your doorsteps, and the clubhouse with private beach-side pool and The Cove a landmark bar and restaurant and dive shop, are just a few steps away. The open concept of this home provides plenty of space for your entire family. There are too many details to list; sound-proof, a triple UV water filtration system, air conditioning throughout, a separated ice-maker, Tempurpedic mattresses, and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, you've got it all in this luxurious beach villa!
All bedrooms have air conditioning, as does the living room and kitchen.
Located in a vacation resort community that is fenced/gated with 24 hour security. Resort amenities including the bar & grill, community pool, beach chairs, dock, games, hammocks, and paddle boards. Ask about our tours, excursion, day charters and dive packages on arrival.

Loved the house. Only thing would have been a few more kitchen utensils. Like knives. Otherwise loved everything and everyone was very welcoming and helpful.

Absolutely stunning property. Can’t complain about location. Views are unbelievable. listen to all the reviews on bringing bug spray bc the island is gorgeous but the bites get you.

My husband and I brought our 4 kids, ages 11-17. Everyone had plenty of space and their own room (using the separate smaller villa as well). The AC worked well, house/grounds kept clean. Only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in the master bathroom. Overall well worth it, easy drive to West end and rhe 3”East side to see the entire island!

The building was nice but I found it inexcusable to have a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms. It was uncomfortable and not needed . Put a queen size bed in. There was no clothes closet in the master suite. Crazy! The main sliding door (witch weigh 200-300 lbs) was impossible for the women and children to open Lubricate! The lights weren't working out back were the cars are. It tough at night seeing where you're going. And MOST OF ALL the main TV was in the kitchen which no one could see. It should have been placed in the living room behind the couch. Get rid of that useless window.
