The cottage is located in the most beautiful area and the picturesque Gorges du Tarn, in the center of the village of La Malène. It is a stone house b, recently restored traditional architecture: set comprising 2 gîtes and the owner's house.
Various activities are proposed in the village (descent by boat with the Malène boatmen, swimming, fishing, canoeing, paddle) and nearby (hiking, mountain biking, climbing, bungee jumping, caving). Caves (Dargilan Aven Armand, abyss of Bramabiau) or sites like the house of the vultures, Montpellier the old and the park of the Wolves of Gévaudan ...
The gite, classified 2 ears, consists of a living room, a kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 double bed), shower room, WC terrace.
Inside Equipment: television, microwave, fireplace, baby equipment.
Outside equipment: terrace, garden furniture, barbecue.

We are very contented with the appartment...Simple and really ok for us...maybe because we are not complicated,hehe.As long as the owner is friendly everything is already perfect.

We loved La Malene and M Fages was very welcoming. The Gite is very basic, and we think could be easily made a little more comfortable. The bathroom and toilet were very small, yet there is space for example to move the doors and make the shower bigger to avoid hitting the tap and being scalded. The main room is harshly lit and would benefit from nicer lighting, some pictures (especially of the gorges) and some cushions on hard seats. The light in this room and the kitchen were also very low and my husband at 5'11 kept hitting his head on them but they could be raised quite easily.
