Relax in the beautiful trendy loft located in the heart of downtown Salida, Colorado's largest historic district. This contemporary Victorian space has numerous custom treatments and is within walking distance to shops, boutiques, vibrant restaurants, art galleries, outdoor riverfront amphitheater, Salida SteamPlant theater, hiking and cycling trails, kayaking, fishing on the Arkansas River and wonderful amenities of this resort town.
This stunning 1400 sq. ft. loft style studio features high ceilings, cement floors, lots of light, remote controlled moisture-sensing skylights, commercial ADA approved bathroom with a heated floor and tile shower, on demand hot water system for domestic and in floor heat, rooftop balcony with great views, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, cable, piano, Italian-made Mini-kitchen by Lamborghini Roso, 2 large flat screen TVs, Bose speakers throughout the unit.
January - March special of $200 per night (2 night min stay). 10% off for a weekly stay and 20% off for a month-long stay.

Wonderful stay in Salida! Lots of space and stocked with all the necessities. We loved the quick walk to anywhere downtown, it made our stay with two teenagers super easy and entertaining for all!! Excellent communication from the host. Thank you, Jaqueline .
