The living area was clean and looked updated. The bathroom should be updated as well. The bed was firm and comfortable. Good storage space in the bedroom. The view was perfect. There was a broom and dust pan to clean up and I would suggest a mop to be provide as well. Overall a good place to stay.

Your place was great. The bed is a little on the hard side and I wasn’t aware of bike week. The noise level was a little rough. The stay was very nice so thank you for your very cute and clean place.

The Beach view was fabulous however there was no beach due to the Storm and a King Tide. This is no fault to the host and I understand that is part of the risk. Our Host was a great communicator and check in and out was very simple. Now the negatives. The room had constant water on the floors due to poor insulation and smelt damp and gross. The fact we pay a cleaning fee but were required to wash dishes and other minor details before we left or pay a 50 additional fee is ridiculous. The pool was extremely dirty and the baby pool was not even open. I feel like we paid way too much for a very basic room that was not very comfortable. I would not book this room again.
