Rock Spray is a delightfully unique Turks & Caicos private, single family vacation rental villa. She is set alone on a peninsula surrounded on three sides by the stunning turquoise waters of Chalk Sound. Of timeless beauty, Rockspray is designed with architectural genius and Caribbean excellence.
The first in the Turks & Caicos Islands to be built of our native limestone and solid concrete, Rockspray, a two bed, two bath beauty, was featured in several prominent Caribbean magazines. The sweeping driveway and dock on two sides, coupled with lush landscaping, stunning views, access to the open ocean and total privacy, make Rockspray an unforgettably unique, private waterfront retreat.
This stunning Providenciales vacation rental sits on the water’s edge of the Chalk Sound marine park, an environmentally protected magnificent body of water. There is minimal boat traffic, so you enjoy swimming ‘alfresco’ if you choose or use the two included kayaks in the protected waters. A few minutes' walk away you’ll find famed Sapodilla beach.

• 2 bedrooms, both with king beds. The master has bathroom en suite, the guest bath is attached.

VILLA POLICIES
• Statement of Liability signed on arrival; a credit card must be provided as security deposit.
• Check-In time: 4 pm
• Check-Out time: 10 am
• No smoking policy inside the house.
• 7 nights minimum in high season between Saturday to Saturday.
• Villa is cleaned before and after your stay. Midweek clean available on request for additional cost.
• Garden service once per week
• Children of all ages are welcome
• Optional A/C: Should you opt to use aircon, meters are read on your arrival and departure. You will be charged the going island rate during the time of your stay. The fuel factor which fluctuates monthly. Please visit the website of Fortis TCI to see what they will be charged while here.
• Occupancy: 4 including children
• No smoking in the villa
• Starter size amenities only provided on arrival, such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towel, sponge, dish soap and laundry detergent.
A car rental is highly recommended. While Las Brisas Restaurant is in close proximity and is wonderful, as are Taylor Bay and Sapodilla beaches, there is so much more to explore and enjoy on island that a rental car would not go amiss.

Rockspray was a wonderful truly unique property located a little off the beaten path. Every room in the house has an amazing view. The home has most everything you need to stay in and cook if you don’t want to leave. Some items could use a little refresh but certainly not anything to complain about. There are also a couple of restaurant options close by to choose from too if you don’t want to make the 20min drive into town. Taylor Bay Beach and Sapodilla Bay Beach are both super close and definitely worth a visit. They are truly beaches where at the villa there isn’t a designated beach area. We had a couple little hiccups initially upon arrival but the host was prompt to address things as quickly as possible. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back to this magical little slice of Turks and Caicos heaven another time.

Was everything as advertised. Had a great week and the kids loved it. Swimming directly from the property was amazing and having Taylor Beach so close was perfect. Loved it!
