This was the perfect spot for my group. The home only a few blocks from the beach and centrally located to everything. Bill was very communicative and easy to coordinate with throughout the entire process.

Three generations under one roof for an off-season beach get-a-way. The location is great. Leave the car in the driveway and walk everywhere in Dewey. The house has space to spare for our group - 4 adults and 2 tweens. 2nd bathroom is a bit small - but manageable. Enjoyed the hot tub on the deck. There's an outdoor shower that would be useful in the summer. Communication with the owner was polite, professional and timely. Check in and out were seamless.
