If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The place was perfect for our needs. Felicia is easy to communicate with and quick to respond. She is also very nice and understanding. I highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The rooms were clean and well maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was fantastic—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped and clean, making it easy to prepare meals just like at home. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a huge plus and kept the space cool and comfortable the entire time.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay. We would happily return!

The house was very clean and cute inside. The kitchen was well equipped for our month long stay. The beds were comfortable. We stayed during very hot weather. The house stayed cool without excess use of the air conditioners. The only negative is the parking. The front gravel could possible hold a fourteen foot boat if you are very good at backing up a trailer. Fortunately the neighbor across the street will rent his parking area for a very nominal fee. He also allowed us to potty our dog in the same area (we cleaned up after the dog). All in all, we think this is a very good rental and at a very reasonable price.
