We loved staying at this property. Easy check in, and our host, Scott was quick to respond to any questions we had. The house was very clean, with plenty of room for the six of us on a friends' high school reunion trip. The kitchen is well stocked, there is a large dining area, large living room and a balcony with table and chairs off the dining area. Nice and bright with lots of big windows also. Comfortable beds. The multilevel floor plan might be more difficult for people with mobility issues, but we loved it. Only a few minutes walk to beaches and the awesome Parker River Wildlife Refuge. 10 minutes drive into beautiful Newburyport.One of our group is already planning to book this house again. Highly recommended.

PROS: Location & Nbr'hd were awesome. Super close to beach. Quiet & peaceful.
Comfy sectional couch. House layout very nice. Host communicated immediately when we alerted him to ants in the kitchen.
CONS: Musty smell in bedrooms. Musty smell in towels.
Kitchen felt lacking of tools, pans -- a bit beat up & tools that were there were not great quality (random, pans that did not fit tops, poor knives, poor carrot peelers, regular handsoap in a foam soap container so did not work well... that sort of thing).
Overall we would consider staying here again but for the price, we think there could have better attention to detail. Better quality in kitchen items, host should provide shampoo, conditioner, soap, etc. If it were an old house with a lower pricetag, we could accept those things. But, it is a house that has been redone and should not have the musty smell present in bedrooms.
