The comfortable accommodation includes :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional shower room;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- and a large living room with a second double bed in the sleeping area to relax in after a day out.
You'll particularly appreciate its brightness.
Other features include
- its south-facing aspect ;
- practicality (easy access);
- the view of the garden from every window.
It's like living in a single-storey bungalow!
During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Parking category C, Wi-Fi, Washing machine, Iron, Hair dryer, Fans, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Coffee machine, Raclette machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
Please note that I don't have a TV.
The apartment is well laid out. You'll find a "Carrefour Market" supermarket in the adjoining building for your everyday needs.

- Quais de Seine (for a stroll) ;
- Chez Dupont (with its cinemas).
Places of interest close to the apartment:
- Parc des Expositions, a 5-minute walk away;
- Center Commercial Beaugrenelle 15 minutes by bus (very modern and well-stocked);
