This home was by far the very best home we have ever gotten through Vrbo! It checked all the boxes for everything. Our host, Phil was also the best host I have dealt with. My family takes a beach vacation every year and have stayed on beaches in NC, SC and Florida. The house was clean, well equipped and the pool and hot tub were the biggest hit of all. We did not realize when we saw some sand in the pool that you cannot help it due to being on the ocean. We told Phil and he sent someone over to clean it even though he knew it would be cleaned for the week soon because it gets cleaned once a week! That’s how on top of it he was! The ocean was just a short walk over the walkway by the dunes. Not one complaint!!!! Definitely would stay again without hesitation!

We enjoyed this beautiful oceanfront home with its private pool and putting green. The host, Phil, was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions. We had a great time at our yearly trip to St. Augustine!

We love this place so much that we came back! The home is beautiful, the beach access is easy, the view is stunning, the host is super nice and attentive, the pool and hot tub are nice after long beach days, and the property location is very convenient. Already counting down to next year!
