Large home, well laid out for multi-family vacation. Each floor has two bedrooms. Downstairs has 2 bathrooms. Main floor has 2 -1/2 bathrooms. Upstairs has 1 bathroom. Well appointed with furniture, kitchen and laundry needs, and condiments. Good location just outside of Aspen to the NW. Smooth check-in and check-out.

We had an amazing stay at the Aspen River House. It was very accommodating for our group of 11, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy time together. The layout worked perfectly for a larger group, and we never felt crowded. The location was absolutely excellent — close to the ski slopes and nearby amenities, yet still peaceful and scenic. The views were beautiful, and we were lucky to see abundant wildlife right around the property, which made the experience even more special. We truly can’t say enough about the setting. If you’re looking for a spacious place with incredible views and easy access to everything, Aspen River House is a fantastic choice. We would definitely stay here again!
