Located in Gujan-Mestras, on the Arcachon Basin and on the edge of the Landes forest in Gironde, our holiday apartment is close to all amenities.
"FORET" is an accommodation of 30 m2, on the ground floor, on owner's private land with independent entrance and parking space in front of the accommodation, in a very quiet residential area. Ideal for a single couple or a small family (either 2 adults and a baby or 1 child).

Rental equipment:
- Separate bedroom with double bed 140 and bathroom: large shower, sink, wc.
- Equipped kitchen: gas stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge.
- Living room and kitchen area: convertible sofa (type BZ) with bedding for children, flat screen TV.
- Enclosed courtyard with patio area, parasol, gas barbecue
- 1 vehicle parking space in front of the rental.

INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL
Charges included: water, electricity, heating for the winter. At your disposal: washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, secure WIFI access on request.

NOT INCLUDED, TO BE PROVIDED
- Sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases and bolster cover.
- Tourist tax (0.55 euros per day and per person, children under 18 free)

Rental duration and Prices:
- Weekly rental: arrival on Saturday from 4 p.m., departure on Saturday before 10 a.m. (high season)
- Rental per night, minimum 2 nights outside the July / August period.
- Weekend rental possible.

During the rental, a deposit of 150 euros will be requested on arrival (not cashed) and an inventory will be made.
