We have recently installed a split air conditioning system so there is A/C throughout the condo. Including the bedroom. Free Wireless Internet access.
Enjoy the ocean breezes and panoramic unobstructed ocean views from this second floor unit. This condo and location will be more than you could ever expect. It sure did surprise us. Great sunrise and moonrises over Haleakala, from the bedroom, and the most amazing Maui sunsets from the privacy of your own lanai. Location is everything
THIS CONDO CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 3 PEOPLE. However groups of more than 3 there is an extra charge of $20 per night. Unfortunately the condo is not child safe due to the stainless steel wire ropes design.
You can enjoy the lanai and watch the whales (in season) or surfers directly across from the tennis court, after a busy day at the beach or site seeing. Just minutes to the beach, Kihei marketplace, grocery store, and many fine restaurants.
Parking is free

Deposits and Cancellation Policy:
For a deposit refund, less a $100 fee, cancellation is required 40 days or more prior to arrival date. For cancellations received within 40 days of arrival or after arrival date, payments will be retained. If the space can be re-rented, a pro-rata refund will be issued.

Check- In time is 3:00 P.M. Check-Out time is 11:00 A.M.
A 1/2 day charge is required to guarantee a late check-out.
All rates subject to 17.416% Hawaii State Tax. A $200 deposit is due within 10 days of confirmation to secure reservation. Full prepayment is due 40 days prior to arrival and 60 days prior to arrival for Christmas reservations.
Minimum 3 night stay or service fee will be added.
There is a $175 cleaning fee for all stays. Maid service is available upon request at an additional charge.
Special rates available for 28 day stay or longer. All rates and taxes are subject to change without notice.

Condo was clean and comfortable, well equipped. View was 10/10. Property immaculate, pool area fun and beautiful. Many turtles to be seen just behind the pool, fun area to snorkel. Easily walkable to food and shops. We love to Honokowai neighborhood, convenient and quiet. We loved our stay and would definitely book again.

We had planned a special trip to Maui, but due to the storms in 2026, our travel quickly turned into a stressful and disappointing situation and it became clear we would not make it to Maui at all. Seeing the devastation on the island only added to the emotional weight of the experience.Throughout all of this, Leif was exceptional. He stayed in close contact with us every step of the way, showing genuine care and concern—not just as a host, but as a person. After several days of uncertainty, when it became clear our trip was no longer possible, he made the incredibly generous decision to refund our entire stay, even though he was under no obligation to do so.That level of integrity and compassion is rare. While the property itself looked wonderful, what truly stands out is the character of the owner. In a difficult and chaotic situation, he chose to do the right thing, and that meant far more to us than any accommodation ever could.We are incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to book with him again in the future. If you’re considering staying here, the location is amazing and you can feel confident you’re dealing with someone who genuinely cares about their guests
