A few minutes from Spa-Francorchamps Circuit, this detached holiday home combines motorsport energy with the quieter atmosphere of the Ardennes countryside. Race weekends bring a completely different rhythm to the area, but outside those periods the pace slows down into forest walks, cycling routes, and long evenings spent between the sauna, games room, and terrace after a day outdoors. Sleeping up to 15 guests across six bedrooms, the property suits family gatherings and friend groups looking for both activity and space to properly unwind together.

The fenced private garden and furnished terrace naturally become gathering spots during warmer weather, while colder evenings move indoors toward billiards, table football, table tennis, and the relaxation area beside the heating stove. The fitness room, gaming console, and trampoline keep the house lively throughout the stay without ever feeling overcrowded.

Spa city centre is approximately 10 km away and is best explored slowly through its thermal bath culture, cafés, and smaller local restaurants. Malmedy sits around 12 km from the house, while Lake Robertville can be reached within roughly 15 km for swimming and lakeside walks during summer. Cross-country skiing routes begin around 5 km away once snowfall arrives, and the region’s ski areas are approximately 12 km from the property.

Spa-Francorchamps Circuit lies only 7.5 km away, making early access during racing weekends especially convenient. Forest trails begin around 2 km from the property, while restaurants and daily essentials can be reached within roughly 3 km.
