The Space:
3-level townhouse in a central location
This modern townhouse offers a practical and comfortable layout, close to cafes, shops, and the city.
The main living area is on the middle level, with an open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge space that connects to a small balcony with BBQ.
Downstairs, the garage has been converted into a games room with a foosball table and seating area. A heater is available, though the fold-out bed in this space is not used during winter.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with a mix of bedding suitable for up to five guests.

Top floor: Two bedrooms (1 queen, 2 singles, 1 fold-out)
Middle level: Living area, kitchen, balcony with BBQ

There are parks, schools, and local amenities nearby. The Styx River is also close, with walking and cycling paths.
The city centre is a short drive away, making it a convenient base.
Getting Around:
Driving is the easiest way to get around, with free parking available on site.
Bus routes are nearby and connect to the city and surrounding areas.
Walking and cycling are also options, especially around the local area and river paths.
Rideshare services like Uber are available.
