comfort double room, in the luxury hotel by the sea, are on the first
floor with balcony and view on the sea or on the ground floor with
exclusive garden and view on the sea.
The rooms are furnished with double bed and ensuite bathroom.
The rooms are
only some of the exclusive solutions in the hotel, a recently-built
property with rooms, suites and holiday homes for 2 or 4 guests, true
architectural and design gems.
In perla Saracena Luxury Suite & Hotel there is a panoramic restaurant and a rooftop with swimming pool and bar, ideal to enjoy exceptional sunsets. The suites, rooms and holiday homes are independent, some with beautiful outdoor equipped areas.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 2pm to 10pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 4 days.
- Change of bath linen, each 2 days.
- Tidying up of accommodation for day.
- Breakfast included from 08:00 to 10:00.
- Shared Pool.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
